My name is Josh Taylor. I was born and bred here in Chapel Hill. My wife Anne and I are very happy to be raising our kids here.

Texas Pete and Beast Light are my two favorite liquids.

I was an Art Director for the better part of a decade and am now working on my art full time.

I also do graphic design to help pay the bills. I have been honored with three national awards from Graphic Design, USA.

I just finished dressing the Kodak Theater in LA for the second time. I created the look and feel of Giffoni Hollywood, which is an international film festival for kids. Jon Voight is a big fan.

The work that I am showing currently includes pieces that are for the most part watercolor accentuated by pen & ink. Most of these pieces are character driven and almost all have a story behind them. They feel natural.

I am currently working on a series of trees. These pieces are mixed media and are considerably larger than my usual work.
